Wireline Mast

The WILITEC wireline mast has been designed for your offshore slickline and cased hole logging activities.
The masts, in range of 30ft to 80ft, have a maximum wireline pulling force of 4400lbs in standard up to 6,000lbs.

Masts can be operated from an hydraulic powerpack Rigsafe or Zone2  about 15Hp.

As standard, all masts are not crash frame but have all lifting padeyes designed, manufactured and tested as per DNVGL2.7-1/EN10855.

Wilitec can propose as an option a fully certified transportation frame DNVGL2.7-1/EN10855. (booms inside the basket without any protuding parts).

Rig-up can be done easily and quickly by 2 trained operators.

Depending of the application, the location and the local constraints, Wilitec proposes 2 types of mast:

• Standard telescopic boom mast
• Aluminium folding boom mast

Telescopic Mast

The mast is fabricated from a base frame skid mounted with two or four folding outrigger and a hydraulic telescopic mast under design criteria such as wind speed and high safe working load SWL. The control for erecting the mast is on the base frame. The shape of the boom is from a high tensile steel structure rectangular type. The number of booms will depend of the length and the footprint of the mast.

The range of the telescopic mast is from 30ft up to 80ft.

For the mast 40ft, 2 versions are proposed:

• standard mast inside a transportation basket which can be extended to 50ft using a single JIB 10ft extension.
• spider type mast (no basket) which can be extended to 60ft boom length using 2 JIB 10ft extension.

The mast is fabricated from a base frame skid mounted with three outriggers fold alongside the main boom framework to make the mast compact. The control for erecting the mast is on the base frame. The shape of the boom is from a robust tubular aluminium construction.

The range of the telescopic mast is from 45ft up to 70ft.
